Reseller can unblock blocked IPs on the server by following these steps:
- Login to client area with your login details.
- Navigate to Services > My Services from main menu.
- Click on active cPanel reseller service you have with us.
- On new page, from the right side bar under the Action heading click on Manage Firewall.
- Write the Blocked IP address and click on Check Blocked IP.
- Click on Unblock IP if it is found as blocked on the server.
